Statement: Our democracy works best when citizens are consulted and involved. We need sunshine: open, transparent decision-making at all levels of government, especially in Olympia. Our state government must use our tax dollars to effectively serve working families and small businesses. Small business values make our state stronger. Education is key to our future. We need strong community colleges that train folks for existing and developing industries with clean, safe, 21st century living wage jobs. Family wage jobs strengthen our entire community, which my family has been proud to call home for over 30 years. Vote. Always vote!
